📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2  weeks. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A:
Shipping is free on orders over $150. Otherwise, rates start at $15 and are calculated at checkout. Express options are also available.

Q: How can I track my order?
A:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from your account page.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?
A:
If your package is missing or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at mia.guyton@yahoo.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue ASAP.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A:
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at mia.guyton@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

Q: Are returns free?
A:
Returns are free for domestic orders over $150. For all others, return shipping costs may apply.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size or color?
A:
Due to the custom nature of each garment, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Each piece is tailored specifically to your measurements, including size and height. Once the fabric is cut and the production process has begun, the garment cannot be repurposed. We encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing your order to ensure the best possible fit.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.


💳 Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Q: Is it safe to order on your site?
A:
Absolutely. Our store uses secure encryption technology to protect your information and payments.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A:
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, email us atmia.guyton within 1 hour of placing your order.

Q: Why was my payment declined?
A:
This can happen for several reasons (e.g., incorrect billing info, insufficient funds). Double-check your info or try a different method. If it continues, contact your bank or reach out to us.


👕 Products & Sizing (customizable for clothing, accessories, etc.)

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A:
Check out our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing [up/down] depending on your fit preference.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A:
Popular items are often restocked! Sign up for restock alerts on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Q: Are your products true to size?
A:
Yes, our products generally run true to size. If there are any exceptions, we’ll note it on the product page.

Q: Where are your products made?
A:
Our products are ethically sourced and made in Lansdowne, PA , with a focus on quality and sustainability.


🧾 Account & Billing

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
A:
Nope! You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A:
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it via email.

Q: Where can I see my order history?
A:
Log into your account and click on “My Orders” to see your full order history and status updates.

Q: How can I contact customer support?
A:

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A:
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various denominations and are delivered instantly via email.

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?
A:
Yes! Just select “This is a gift” at checkout and add a gift message. We won’t include any pricing on the packing slip.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
A:
